I had a great experience with Roofing solutions to install a new tile roof. I have interviewed many roofers and Ivan stands out because of his honesty, professionalism, and good communication. His estimate was very clear, detailed and competitive in pricing, and he also gave me a range of potential added cost (i.e. dry rot). For a big project like reroofing, the least thing you want is the hidden cost or a surprise after work begins. Ivan was great to keep everything upfront in his estimate and it turned out the final dry rot replacement cost is at the lower end of his estimated range.
During the rain delay time, he kept me updated of the expected start time and reached out to the vendor many times to confirm we are getting the specified underlayment and tile design that we want. Once the installation starts, his team was very efficient and took great care of the installation and answered all our questions and concerns from start to finish. Since we are going to install solar panel later, his team is willing to change the location of our existing venting and plumbing pipes. The quality of their work is excellent, the tiles and gutter look amazing now.
What made me thrilled working with Ivan is that he has a strong sense of customer service and is willing to go above and beyond. He is always responsive and able to address any concerns. After the solar company installed solar panels on my new roof, he offered to come back to inspect the roof and replaced some broken tiles caused by the solar panel installation. I really appreciate it since it was not his job, and he did it anyway even free of charge. This meant a lot as it shows how he is customer oriented. I wish his business goes well and would recommend him to anyone who needs reroofing.
